Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 2, 2025

1. Domestic Clients (India)

1.1. Project Cancellation by Client (Domestic)

Clients may cancel a project or service at any stage before or after the commencement of development, provided a formal cancellation request is submitted to Hupe AI (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. via email at contact@gohupeai.com.

Notice Period: A cancellation notice must be provided at least 7 business days before the scheduled work.

Refund Policy:

If the project is canceled before any work has begun, clients will receive a full refund of any advance payment made.

If the project is canceled after work has commenced, a partial refund will be issued based on the proportion of the completed work, deducting any non-refundable setup or administrative fees, which will be specified in the initial agreement.

Non-Refundable Fees: Any consultation or development costs already incurred, including research and initial setup fees, will not be refunded once the work is underway.

1.2. Project Cancellation by Hupe AI (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (Domestic)

Hupe AI (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a project in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if the client fails to adhere to the agreed-upon terms and schedules.

If Hupe AI cancels the project, a full refund will be provided for any advance payments made, after deducting any work completed up until the point of cancellation.

1.3. Rescheduling Policy

If a project or service needs to be rescheduled by the client, the request must be made at least 5 business days in advance. Any changes in timelines due to rescheduling may result in additional charges based on the impact on project resources and timelines.

2. International Clients (Outside India)

2.1. Project Cancellation by Client (International)

International clients may cancel the project or service at any stage before or after the commencement of development, provided a formal cancellation request is sent via email to contact@gohupeai.com.

Notice Period: A cancellation notice must be submitted at least 10 business days in advance.

Refund Policy:

If the project is canceled before any work has been initiated, clients will receive a full refund of any advance payment made.

If the project is canceled after work has commenced, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed, and any non-refundable setup or administrative fees will be deducted.

Non-Refundable Fees: Any research, consultation, and development costs already incurred, as well as setup and processing fees, will not be refunded once the project is in progress.

2.2. Project Cancellation by Hupe AI (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (International)

Hupe AI (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the project if the client fails to provide required resources, adhere to timelines, or breach agreed-upon terms and conditions.

In the event that Hupe AI cancels a project, international clients will be refunded based on the amount of work already completed, excluding any non-refundable administrative costs.

2.3. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling a project or service requires at least 10 business days' notice. Any changes to the project timeline may incur additional costs depending on the nature of the work and the new delivery schedule.

2.4. Currency and Payment Terms for International Clients

All payments for international clients are to be made in USD or another mutually agreed currency. The client is responsible for any additional fees such as international bank transfer charges, conversion fees, or taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.

General Terms for All Clients

3.1. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.

3.2. Communication and Notice

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to contact@gohupeai.com. The date and time of email receipt will be considered for processing the cancellation.

3.3. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes arising from cancellations, the matter will be settled through mediation or arbitration as per the laws of India for domestic clients, and as per the mutually agreed terms for international clients.
