Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness. Below are the detailed refund policies for both domestic and international clients, categorized based on payment methods.
1. Domestic Clients (India)
For domestic clients (clients within India), the following refund policy applies:
a. Bank Transfer Payments:
Refund requests will be considered only within 7 days of the payment.
If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original bank account from which the payment was made.
Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process, depending on the financial institution involved.
b. Debit/Credit Card Payments:
Refund requests for payments made via debit or credit card must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
The refund will be processed through the same card used for the transaction.
It may take up to 10-15 business days for the refund to reflect on the cardholder’s account, depending on the bank’s policies.
c. UPI Payments:
Refunds for UPI payments will be processed to the same UPI ID from which the payment was made.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, based on the UPI payment gateway.
2. International Clients (Outside India)
For international clients, the following refund policy applies:
a. Bank Transfer Payments:
Refund requests will be accepted within 7 days of the payment, subject to verification.
If the request is eligible, the refund will be processed to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
Refunds will be processed in the original currency, and any associated conversion fees may apply based on the bank’s policies.
Refunds may take up to 15-20 business days to reflect in the client’s bank account.
b. Debit/Credit Card Payments:
International clients who made payments via debit or credit card must request refunds within 7 days of the transaction.
The refund will be processed back to the card used for the original payment.
Refunds may take 15-20 business days to reflect in the client’s card account, depending on the issuing bank's processing times and policies.
c. UPI Payments:
UPI payments are not applicable for international clients. Therefore, no refunds can be processed via UPI for international transactions.
General Terms and Conditions:
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will only be issued in cases where the payment was made for services that were not delivered or in cases of overpayment.
In the event of a refund request due to service issues, the company will conduct a review and may request further documentation before proceeding with the refund.
The company reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or fall outside the time window (7 days for domestic and international payments).
Note: All refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment. Clients are advised to provide accurate payment details to avoid any delays in the refund process.
